Actress Katie Holmes (DVDs), the new love squeeze of Tom Cruise (DVDs), is as pure as a nun. She's one of those American all around goodie-goodie girls, the ones who hung out in religious packs during their teen years. And she is still a virgin!

Anyways, so it seems, as Katie at the age of 26 years still firmly believes in the old saying "No sex before marriage’’. Having to fend off sexual advances from all directions, and often-consulting church parents on their weekly youth retreats is what these girls are all about.

Catholicism runs deep in the United States, and many girls prefer to save themselves for Mr. Right. Respect to the women who are able to still be virginal at such an old age!

Could this be one of the reasons why ex-boyfriend of five years, Chris Klein (DVDs) from American Pie, lost it and was caught speeding drunk down a highway, only to be thrown into the slammer?

Scientific research would suggest that any guy who has to wait five years to get laid would surely at one point be stretched to the limits of sanity. We should all commiserate with Chris, for his loyalty during a time when there was simply no relief for the poor guy.

Katie Holmes is surely the American Pie of America, and Tom Cruise is doing his best to grab a slice of it. Tom has already been wooing her in Rome this week, with reports suggesting that the starlet had been showered in red roses within her suite.

Tom is pulling all the right strings in order to get the cute girl into bed; he after all has a lot of experience in the dating game. Most recently Tom has been dating Sophia Vergara, nicknamed ‘Viagra’, but did he nail her? Was it red roses then again?

Katie Holmes is rapidly becoming the poster lady for American morality. But is that a good thing? Look at Britney Spears (CDs). Remember when she vowed to be a virgin until she was a wife, only to fall off the wagon in a spectacular way.

However not so for Katie Holmes, as she seeks guidance from her experienced lawyer father on absolutely everything that she does.

Who knew that Holmes’s Joey Potter character from Dawson’s Creek, was so alike to the real actress? All this constant chat about sex in the series, and her reluctance to get laid before marriage, was all true.

Tom Cruise however, could be cruising for a bruising, though, if Katie’s dad doesn’t give him the seal of approval. But maybe the Cruise bank account might win him over.

Will there be wedding bells soon, so Tom can get busy?

We’ll have to wait and see.

Joey Potter got nailed by 4 guys on Dawson's Creek - Pacey, Dawson, Eddie and (assuming) the guy she was shacked up with in the series finale. She got all wet and tingly over her English professor and almost did it with him.
